Today i clocked in at work at 315 again. For the open bridal show, I had to make frosting, frost all the cupcakes, cut the ganache cakes, make pastry cream, assemble fruit tartlets, plate chocolate and fruit tartlets, make whipped cream, fill cream puffs, & make pound cake and orange tapioca tasting spoons by 530. Yeahhh.... a lot of stuff to do in such little time... I got to take a little bit pictures... but I didnt take a picture of the whole table with all the desserts I made.. it was awesome tooo... haha. and the banquet room full of booths was awesome. The table settings were purple and the flower arragements were preeeettyfulls and the wedding cakes were beeeutifull tooo... too bad i didnt take pictures of that.. too busy...

then he finished the tofu in bacon fat. HAHAHA

hahahaha.

but yeah .. one time i had to make a dessert for a vegetarian
and they didnt want anything that had fruit in it...?
so i made a chocolate cake with tofu it was pretty cool
hahaha. end of story.. BYEEE
